Today I felt my stripes were rather Muchtastic. The receptionist at my office criticized me for not wearing enough sequins. Harumph.
Here’s a similar black and white striped top that’s super cute!
And By the way, People stop me in the streets to compliment my shoes and they’re super comfy. I swear.
Here are some similar ones by Michael Kors.
Oh, and that Fabulous Tie-Dye Muchness band. Only one place for that!
You are soooo lucky Tova that you can wear stuff like that to the office. Anywhere where I have worked, I have had to maintain a business casual at bare minimum, if not formal business attire. Absolutely no jeans, no T-shirts, no exposed sholders, and no shorts or dresses/skirts more that 4 inches above the knee. And also had to be in business appropriate colours (no neon or supper bright colours).
Love the shoes by the way.
One of the perks of working in the creative area of a company… as long as my work is performing, they mostly don’t care. Before The Muchness I literally came to work in baggy jeans and sneakers and I felt like crap but I did my job well… but I always felt insecure around the well dressed people I had to interact with. I honestly don’t know what I’d do if I had an actual dress code. I don’t think I could do it.
In 9th grade I was in trouble every day because my private school had a uniform and I muchified it with iron ons, rhinestones, and purple socks.
I never made it to 10th grade in that school. :-
So u know I’m always bagging on your crazy shoes….well guess what?! I really DIG these. They look comfy, are an awesome color and I like the look of Em! Still couldn’t pull Em off at 5’10” but glad u can!
Why Thank You Miss H! They actually are super comfy… they might very well be the ONLY shoes I bring on my vacaycay….
Anyway, you know, you can totally find crazy shoes that are flats. These are for demonstrative purposes only:

Right? So cute. You could SO wear those. Imagine the Muchness that’ll flutter though your heart looking down and seeing those on your feet. Just sayin’.
