There is NOTHING Like MUCHNESS!!

I had the brilliant idea to write a glossary of all the Muchy terminology that has been created around the Muchness Movement… Like, dictionary style to define the words:

MUCHNESS, MUCHY, MUCHTASTIC, (Thanks Shannon) MUCHKIN, (Thanks L’via) MUCH’D (Thanks Tine) MERCHNESS (Thanks Shannon again)…. So, like seventh grade all over again, I went to find something that I could plagiarise and just change a word or two…. but, try as I might, I can’t think of a single word that means MUCHNESS, more than MUCHNESS!!!

What to do?!?!?! The only two ways I know how to write are from  the heart and from someone else’s heart whom I am copying and just changing a word or two.

Anyone got any advice?

Love & Muchness, Tova

I know… But like, when I look up a word like, “Fancy” I get

yea-. That’s one of my Favorites…
and it doesnt have to be that long like what I posted above… though there ARE so many ways to use it…
Maybe I should just have context sentances… like
      “that’s my muchness”
      “that makes me feel muchy”
      etc…
but I still need basic descriptions for a new visitor who is NOT in touch with the much… yet.

    Muchness: Noun
    Muchy: Adjective
    Much’d: verb.

In other words, it’s the perfect root word, it can be used as all the above. but I’m going to take a stab tomorrow at how it could like the above 🙂

A definition that comes to mind: A euphoric state of mind when one’s mind and awareness of joy are in harmony together 🙂

    Go to bed!!!! LOL

That’s one MAIN IMPORTANT definition. Another is feeling muchy because you’re shepping. (see comments section for definition) or it’s feeling confident in your behavior or a talent you have…
YOU BETTER FEEL MUCHY AT YOUR INTERVIEW TOMORROW!!!!
In your imagination, wear a Muchness band!! 🙂

Muchness – It fits a multitude of needs and should be expressed as such.
Noun – She has Muchness. The Muchness changed me.
Adjective – Those are some Muchtastic shoes! I had one Muchy day!
And then, just for fun, there is
Verb – You have been Much’d!

On a side note – I also thought of Muchalicious!

I hope those are with the right definitions….. This is why I need an editor for the book I am working on. LOL

don’t forget to indicate somehow that it’s a personal thing – muchness is different for each individual. what makes me feel muchy does not necessarily work for others. and it’s not just clothes or accessories – it’s a moment in time, a feeling, an experience. not always tangible, but anything that elevates your mood, makes you smile, glow inside, and feel on top of the world. finding your muchness is finding that which elevates your spirit to transcend the ordinary and putting it to work for you to keep you there. searching for your muchness is a journey to finding it, and along the way you test out other people’s muchness to see if it will work for you. you may use tova’s sequins as a surrogate till you find your own, or it may be your muchness, too. meanwhile, tova’s sequins are a talisman for us all to remind us to keep searching for our muchness. or, if we’ve luckily found it, to keep it alive and going. and muchness can evolve. what made me feel muchy today may not work for me in a week. it’s the process of identifying what elevates your spirit on a daily basis. it’s constantly being vigilant for those moments, those tangible and intangible items, those muchtastic shoes in the window, the sparkly chandelier, the freshly picked tomato, the joy on a child’s face being squirted by a sprinkler – and allowing them to ignite a spark in your heart.
sorry, tova, there’s no one-word definition.

Muchness: Noun – meaning: To be “Sparkly” or “Brilliant” or “Much more than average” in your dress, or accessories or attitude. I.E., 1) Tova is the optimum of muchness! 2) Pegi’s muchness needs no explanation. 3) Ay doesn’t own anything with muchness any more. (I miss my beautiful sparkly MUCHNESS dresses I left in the states!)

Not to be the only crass one…though I usually am…have you ever seen the joke definition of the word F@*k? It is everything! A noun, a verb, an adjective, an exclamation!, a greeting, an….everything. You get the idea. That is Muchness to me. It is everything and use it as often and as varied as you can!

Cory- I thought the same thing when I was writing this initial post but I talked myself out of writing it. But yes. That IS the perfect example. I am glad you mentioned it so I dont gave to.
Maybe I’ll use THAT words definition as a template!

Muchness: the afterglow of allowing the brain to accept joy in varied, personal forms and then share it with others.

The art of allowing light, energy, happiness and joy into ones life and refusing to be mired down in the doldrums of the day.

A state of mind that allows for joy to permeate ones being.
